My guest is Richard McBrearty from the excellent Scottish Football Museum at Hampden Park, Glasgow. We discuss his research into the early game in Glasgow and the influential role of Queen’s Park FC in promoting the Association rules game at a time when other codes, most notably Rugby, were popular.
