The Hamburger Stadt Derby – between Hamburger SV (HSV) and FC Sankt Pauli is one of Germany’s hottest cross-city rivalries. There haven’t been many of them until recently, because HSV was the longest-running side in the Bundesliga’s before being relegated to the 2.Bundesliga for the first time in 2018.

Our guest is Connor Parry, who went along to the Hamburg derby at HSV’s Volksparkstadion to experience it for himself.
