Podcast: Myth-busting Football with Dr. Kevin Moore

Please share:

Our guest is Dr. Kevin Moore, former CEO of the National Football Museum. He is also the author of What You Think You Know About Football is Wrong, a book that seeks to bust many of football’s biggest myths.

We discuss Kevin’s time setting up the National Football Museum in Preston before its move to Manchester, plus some of its most popular items. Then tackle some of the myths in Kevin’s book:

  • Are Premier League Footballers overpaid?
  • Are football fans loyal?
  • Do English fans really care about the national team?
  • Is hooliganism really an English problem?
  • Is the Premier League overrated?
