Podcast: Groundhopping in Switzerland

Please share:
The Zürich Derby [Photo: Robert Francis]

We’re joined by Craig King, who runs the @FootballSwissEN account on Twitter, to discuss all things Swiss football. We look at the key rivalries, the best groundhopping experiences and the prospects for the national side. How much of a factor was Roy Hodgson in rejuvenating the national team’s prospects in the 1990s?

We also take a look at Swiss football history as early adopters of the game and discuss some of the Swiss-founded football clubs around the world, which includes FC Barcelona, Inter Milan, Torino FC and others.

We release a new podcast every Monday, so be sure to subscribe on your preferred podcast platform. We’re on AppleSpotifyStitcherPlayer.FM and Anchor. Look for us in Google Podcasts too. We’d really appreciate a rating or view if you like what we’re doing as it helps others discover our podcast.
